🔄 Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • With all original tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@zenoriaskin.com before sending anything back. Once your return request is approved, we'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions on where to send your package.

⚠️ Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take quality control seriously — but if something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us immediately upon receiving your package at support@zenoriaskin.com with a photo of the item. We'll evaluate the issue promptly and make it right at no additional cost to you.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount code
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, don't hesitate to reach out — we're always happy to help clarify.


🔁 Exchanges

Want a different shade or product? The quickest way to get what you need is to initiate a return for your current item, and once approved, place a new order separately. This ensures the fastest possible turnaround so you're not left waiting.


🇪🇺 European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification — as required by EU consumer law. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact, along with proof of purchase.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status via email. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@zenoriaskin.com and we'll investigate immediately.
